For insurers & assessment firms

A neutral, dignified setting for independent examinations.

An independent medical examination needs a room that is private, accessible, and demonstrably neutral — and a setting that treats the person being examined with courtesy. We provide the space and the support: accessible examination suites, a calm waiting area, a professional reception, and the discretion medical-legal work demands.

The examiners and the opinions are yours. The room, the welcome, and the day are ours to look after.

Our scope

We provide the examination space and the coordination — not the medical examination, the examiner, or the report. Your retained physicians and specialists conduct the assessment; we make sure the room, the welcome, and the day run smoothly.

Neutral ground

An independent, professional venue away from any party’s own offices — the kind of setting that stands up to scrutiny.

Accessible by design

Step-free access, an accessible washroom, and rooms that accommodate mobility needs. [[Confirm specifics — elevator, accessible parking, washroom.]]

Private and discreet

Separate waiting, closed examination rooms, and a reception team practised in confidentiality.

Coordinated for you

Scheduling support and examinee check-in, so your examiner arrives to a room that’s ready and a day that runs on time.

What sets us apart

A calm, local place — because we are one.

Hospitality first

The person being examined is often anxious, or in pain, and the setting is usually cold. A dignified, courteous welcome makes the whole process smoother — and reflects well on everyone involved, including you.

Seasoned operators

Over a decade welcoming professional visitors with discretion and coordinating appointments that have to run on time.

Neutral and accessible

A venue chosen precisely because it belongs to no party to the claim — and one everyone can actually get into.

Who we support

Built for the people the claim depends on.

  • Insurance carriers
  • Third-party administrators
  • IME and assessment firms
  • Defence and plaintiff counsel
  • Employers and self-insured organizations
